You can receive a full refund up until the day prior to the conference, July 26, 2020, no questions asked. Please contact [email protected] for refund requests.

Once the conference sessions begin to post on July 27, 2020, we will only consider refunds for special circumstances on a case-by-case basis.

We currently have five options for PD credits. We are seeking coverage in additional states. As additional options become available, we will add information here. 

Note: You'll need to check with your school or district rules to see if they will accept either of the following forms of proof of professional development hours. Please do this prior to registration.

Option 1: Instant e-Certificate

At the end of the conference, you can get an instant e-certificate to match the amount of the trainings you chose to view at Whole-Teacher EclecticCon 2020. There will be 30+ hours available.

Option 2: Official Transcripts for Continuing Education Units

UC Santa Barbara - Extension

UCSB has approved Whole-Teacher EclecticCon 2020 for three (3) Continuing Education Units (quarter units). To earn these credits, you must view at least 30 hours of trainings.

Attendees of the conference, who would like to earn official credit will enroll through UCSB Extension and pay $45. (UCSB substantially reduced for our event) Unofficial transcripts will be free. Official transcripts cost $15 each.

UC Santa Barbara's enrollment form will be provided inside the conference site.

Option 3: Washington State Teachers

WA Teachers: Whole-Teacher EclecticCon has been approved for up to 30 clock hours through The Center for Strengthening the Teaching Profession, CSTP (an OSPI approved provider). 

Attendees will submit an additional $15 transcript fee to CSTP to process the hours. Teachers must complete sessions and submit a form that will be provided inside the conference site no later than August 3, 2020. 

Directions & forms will be provided during the conference. Transcripts will be sent in late August.

Option 4: New York Teachers 

New York teachers can choose to earn 10, 20 or 30 hours to count toward CTLE (Continuing Teacher and Leader Education). The University of Rochester's CTLE number will be included on your e-certificate.

You must complete the desired amount of training and submit a form provided at the end of the conference by August 31, 2020.

Option 5: Illinois Teachers 

Illinois teachers can choose to earn up to 30 CPDUs. The units will be verified by the Continuing Education Institute of Illinois.

You must complete the desired amount of training and submit a form provided at the end of the conference by August 15, 2020.

A $15 transcript fee will be collected by Continuing Education Institute of Illinois.

This is one of the best parts! With live conferences, once it's over, it's over. But with this virtual conference, you'll have access to the video sessions for a full year (through July 31, 2021).

You can revisit as often as you like.

The Facebook group will be open July 23 - August 4. On the evening of August 4th, the group will be archived.

This means no new posts or comments will be added, but you can still see & search everything posted during the conference, including how to get in touch with presenters in the future. 

Plus, all videos from the Facebook group will also be available on the conference site.

Much of the content in our sessions, interviews and panels would apply to teachers in any grade level.

However, in academic content sessions, and in the bonus bundle resources focused on examples for 3rd - 5th grade.

We want to set expectations that if you teach outside of these grade levels, you may need to modify some of the academic content for your grade level.

Our advice is to look through the session descriptions and panel discussions. If they resonate with you, please join us!

We love that some schools are supporting their teachers' professional development by covering the registration cost.

Yes. All pre-recorded sessions will include closed-captions upon release.

For live sessions, we will order closed captions immediately following the session. We usually receive the files back within 24 hours and will add them to the videos on Facebook and on the conference site copies as soon as we receive the files.

Nope! There is absolutely no need to have a Facebook account to get all the value from this conference.

All videos we do live on Facebook will be copied over to the conference site.

Every video on the conference site has a space to submit comments and questions to interact with the presenters.

Door prize winners will be first announced on Facebook, and then the winners will be contacted via email and posts added to the conference site.

The checkout page allows you to select how many tickets you'd like to purchase. The confirmation screen provides a form to submit the names & email addresses of the members of your group to complete registration.
